EasySieve 데모 버전

RETSCH provides the EasySieve demo version non-binding and free of charge. The demo version contains all functions of the full version, but may only save 5 sieve results.

For installation of the EasySieve demo version, please download the .zip file below and unpack it. Within the file you will find 3 subfolders with all required installation files. Please install the files in this sequence:

  1. From folder "1_Visual_C++_installer" run the file "en_visual_cpp_2015_redistributable_x86_8487157.exe" and follow the installation steps on your screen.

  2. From folder "2_EasySieve_installer" run the file "EasySieveDemo_setup.exe" and follow the installation steps on your screen.

  3. If you would like to use EasySieve with a connection to a RETSCH "control" sieve shaker, please additionally install the sieve shaker driver BEFORE you connect the sieve shaker with your PC:

    From folder "3_Sieve_Shaker_USB_driver_installer" run the file "USBDriverInstaller.exe" and follow the installation steps on your screen.

  4. Start EasySieve

The Basic Principles of Sieve Analysis

Many natural and manufactured materials occur in a disperse form, which means that they consist of differently shaped and sized particles. The particle size distribution, i.e. the number of particles of different sizes, is responsible for important physical and chemical properties.

Such as:
• mechanical bulk behavior
• surface reaction
• taste
• miscibility
• filtration properties
• conductivity
This list could be continued at great length. The examples clearly show how important it is to have a knowledge of the particle distribution, particularly within the context of quality assurance in the production of bulk goods. If the particle distribution changes during the manufacturing process then the quality of the finished product will also change. Only a continuous monitoring of the particle size distribution can guarantee a constant product quality.
